Chapter 11 Creditors
In our
Chapter 11 bankruptcy law practice, Schian Walker lawyers represent secured and

The law firm of Schian Walker was founded in
1997 when Dale Schian and
Mike Walker merged their growing practices.
Since its formation, our Phoenix-based law firm has provided bankruptcy and
litigation representation for a wide array of clients.
Mike Walker provides the firm with over 25 years
of experience practicing civil litigation in Phoenix. His background includes
significant commercial and business litigation experience. Mike has also
represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, wrongful
death and products liability cases.
Dale Schian moved to Arizona in 1985,
establishing a practice focused primarily on bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
Mike Walker, Dale Schian,
Mark Hudson and their two associate attorneys have represented numerous financial institutions, as well as
governmental agencies, corporations, individuals and partnerships in a wide
